CRANE SIGNAL PERSON SAFETY TRAINING

The Introduction to the Signal Person Safety course provides an overview of the requirements of the new standard 1926.1401. The signal person will have documentation from a third party qualified evaluator showing that the signal person meets the Qualification Requirements. A written and practical test must be passed. Upon successful completion of the course, a Signal Person Safety Training card will be issued. 5 hour class

 

 

OSHA 10

 

The 10-hour program is intended to provide a variety of training on Construction safety and health to entry level IUBAC members. Upon successful completion of the course, an OSHA 10 hour card and hardhat sticker will be issued. 2 day class

 

 

OSHA 30

 

The course is a comprehensive safety program designed for our IUBAC members working in the trowel trades industry. Specifically devised for craft workers, foremen, and field supervisors, the program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues. Upon successful completion of the course, attendees will receive a 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry Regulations book, an OSHA 30 hour card and hardhat sticker. 4 day class

 

RRP

 

LEAD Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting. This course will teach you how to comply with the new EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule and the HUDLead Safe Housing Rule, and how to perform lead-safe work practices safely and effectively.

 1 day class

 

 

SCAFFOLD USER

Scaffold users class covers the use of supported, platform and suspended scaffold systems. This class complies with the City of Chicago scaffold regulations. You will be given a photo ID at the end of the class. 8 hour class.

SCAFFOLD RE-CERT

The scaffold recertification class is for members that have already taken the scaffold user class and their cards have expired. 5 hours

SAFETY REFRESHER

The Safety Refresher class is for members that have previously taken scaffold user and OSHA 10 or 30 classes. 8 hour class
