Applicants will be accepted throughout the year.  Applications will be available Wednesdays and Thursdays between 8:30 am to 3:00 pm at the DCTC office or online at www.bac2school.org.  Application MUST be submitted in person per U.S. Department of Labor requirements. This program is for anyone who interested regardless of race, color, religion, national origin or sex.
